Seoul Motor Show is held in KINTEX every 2 years since 1995. Last sunday I went to Seoul Motor Show to see and take pictures. I arrived at KINTEX at 5pm, and there still were a lot of people to see even though it's a little late to see because the show opens until 7 pm on sunday. To enter the show, I had to stand in a line to buy a ticket for about 15 minutes.
I remember that the enterance fee was 7000 Korean Won on last 2007 show, but this year enterance fee is 9000 Korean.
Anyway, I entered the exhibition hall and took a lot of picture there. However, it was very disappointing seeing. Most of all, not all famous car makers participated in the show. I guess that maybe this is because of economic depression. I really wanted to see Porsche cars, but I couldn't find any Porsche there. And at least 3 Japanese car makers were expected to participate this show, but only Honda and Toyota participate.
And second thing that made me disappointed was facilities. It was lack of facilities like restroom. So I had to wait for about 5 minutes to use.
In addition, the spectators level was too low. Although someone hurts others feelings, he/she never have said "sorry". Moreover, there were many children because of Sunday, their parent neglected the children even though they shouted away noisilly and make others unpleasant. And some old man spitted on the floor inside the hall.
However, some were good. Prada Genesis was interesting and it was surprising that SSANGYONG participate the show. I never have expected that they participate this show because they have gone through bad financial situation.
In addition, BENZ and AUDI allow spectators trying to get into their car for a while. So I tried to get into BENZ New C63 AMG car for a while. Unfortunately, I didn't have my picture in the car taken.
